Learning impacts of a digital augmentation in a science museum.

This study investigated the effects of digital augmentation on conceptual understanding and cognitive skills in a science museum exhibit for Grades 6-8. Results show increased critical thinking and conceptual gains with augmentation. The research addresses needs for evidence of learning, understanding digital platforms, and designing interactive devices for higher-order skills.
